The Human Rights Commission, City of Bloomington Human Services, and Bloomington Public Schools invites Bloomington youth ages 15 - 21 to participate in this FREE leadership retreat.
Come learn new ways to grow your leadership skills. Help inspire other teens and empower dreams by exploring your personal strengths through clay mixed media, paint, and dance breakout sessions.
Bullied as a kid and a bit of a "nerd" as a teen Patrick found his escape in the urban art form of break dancing. As his closest friends joined gangs, experimented with drugs and alcohol Patrick began utilizing his new dance style to break into a new life.
Deadline to register is Friday, February 24.
