Join us for a Fun and Safe Bloomington Citywide Halloween Party! This event is
for preschoolers through fourth graders accompanied by an adult.

Children will enjoy Trick or Treat Alley, games, prizes
and much more.

Admission is free. A donations of a non-perishable food item for the
VEAP food shelf is greatly appreciated.
Coloring contest
The following 2-page PDF includes event information and the poster that will be used for this year's
coloring contest. 1st, 2nd,
and 3rd place prizes will be awarded for each grade.
Coloring contest rules:
- Age groups: Preschool (3 and 4 years), Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grades.
- Complete
the drawing on the back of this form using markers, crayons or colored pencils.
- Do not
fold the drawing.
- Return your entry by 4:30 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 22, 2010 to: Bloomington Parks
and Recreation Division / 1800 West Old Shakopee Road / Bloomington, MN 55431-3027.
