The Finance Department provides financial management for the City and Port Authority and
support services to City departments. The department also oversees support services which
account for the telephone, mail and print shop operations.

Vendor Application (42KB, 4-page PDF)
All vendors must fill out an application to conduct business with the City. This form is
also used if your company wants to automatically be added to the Bidder/Vendor List for
specific commodities.

Local Sales Tax
Sales and tax totals should be reported on the Local Sales Tax Return form and submitted
to the Accounting Division each month.
