Portable Document Format (PDF) filesSome documents and forms on this site are in PDF format. This format provides the viewer with an accurate representation of an original document's layout and content. PDF files can be viewed using a wide variety of computer systems and platforms. You must have a PDF reader such as Adobe Reader® installed on your computer to view and print PDF files. Adobe Reader is available free from Adobe Systems, Inc. All PDF documents on our site are also available in print. Please contact the appropriate department for more information. Using Adobe ReaderSome browsers open PDF files by default within the browser window, while others download the PDF file to your computer. Depending on your computer and your intended use of the PDF, it may work best to first download PDF files from our site, and then open them directly in Adobe Reader. On a PC using Windows®, to download a file to your computer right-click on the file link and choose "Save Target As..." or "Save Link As..." from the menu that appears. On a Macintosh®, try option-clicking the link. If these suggestions don't work, check your browser's help files to see how to download a file from its link to your computer. Adobe has developed an online application to make PDFs accessible to people
with disabilities and other special needs. For more information from Adobe about accessibility and
PDF files, visit Abobe's FAQs page.
