You can use it to receive an e-mail each time we add new information in Chinese. You may also use it to received updates on web pages only available in English. To subscribe, you will need an e-mail address. We will use your e-mail address only to deliver the information you request, to give you access to your subscription profile and to inform you in the event of an emergency. Print the following instructions to assist you in signing up because the signup process is English-only. Here's how to subscribe to updates when we add information in Chinese:

Enter your e-mail address, and then click the button that says "Go." A new page will appear. The first section is "Primary E-mail Address." Confirm your e-mail address by retyping it where it says "Confirm E-mail Address." The second section is "Wireless Number (Optional)." To enter a cell phone address for a limited number of text messages: enter your cell phone number and choose your cell phone provider's name. If your provider isn't listed, choose "Other..." and enter your phone's e-mail information, as provided by your cell phone company. The third section is "E-mail Delivery Preference." Choose the first option for immediate delivery of your e-mails, the second option for one e-mail per day, the third option for one e-mail per week, or the fourth option for one e-mail per month. The fourth section is "Optional Password." Choose the first option if you don't want to enter a password. Choose the section option if you'd like to protect your account with a password, and then type the password into both fields. Click the button marked "Save" to create your account. If you've made an error, the page will reappear. Correct the noted errors and click "Save" again. A new page will appear that says "Success!" Click the "Next" button to continue. A new page will appear. Here you can choose additional topics if you like. At the bottom of the page, click "Save" to continue. One more step! A new page will appear. If you like, you can to sign up for updates based on Bloomington's ZIP codes. Click any ZIP codes you're interested in and click "Save." This is the final step. After completing it, you'll have an account and you'll receive updates based on the information you've provided.
