Civic Plaza's east entrance
The corner of 98th Street South and West Old Shakopee Road houses the City
of Bloomington's campus of facilities. The
administrative offices, police station and art center are located in
the copper-clad Bloomington Civic Plaza building. Public Works offices
and garages lie to the north. The animal shelter, public health clinic
and community center are to the west.
